8 local Lincoln charities, Lincoln City Council Heritage and BESA Construction have come together to utilise their local insight and knowledge to pilot projects that will impact on local skills and business growth; investment in communities and places and supporting people into employment.
Why
Lincoln is where we call home. In the past couple of years, our City and it’s surrounding areas have been hit many with many complex issues preventing people from finding their way, economically or professionally.
Our goal is to be part of the solution for this.
How
The Lincoln CRF partnership has provided our partners involved the ability to expand and adapt their service to better the community at large and help achieve our goal more efficiently together.
Together
All Lincoln CRF partners are working with each other. Everyone will play a different role but together we will form a cohesive unit to work towards a better future for everyone.
This project will be valuable to help those who need support the most, find work. It’s important that the core issues and barriers are tackled that prevent some people getting access to training and jobs.
Employment helps boost people’s wellbeing, confidence and stability. We know many Lincolnshire businesses are actively looking to recruit now and, in the future, so it’s important we have a workforce to support their growth too.
