BESA is Lincoln based multi-disciplinary construction and building services company.  For over 11 years we have been working within the Secondary and Tertiary sectors delivering a diverse range of projects throughout the UK. 

BESA, along with other construction companies, are at the forefront of seeing the high demand for skilled operatives and the training required for people entering the construction industry.

We will be completing an appraisal and feasibility study to confirm the need and viability for a new training centre in Lincoln. As part of the study we will also ascertain the requirement for continued modular training schemes within the construction industry. We will focus on engaging with local construction businesses and three primary cohorts entering into construction, these are; school leavers/16–21-year-olds, ex-service people and women in construction. 

New products, legislation and modern methods are continuously being introduced to the construction industry and therefore we feel there is a requirement for on-going training and refresher training to ensure people have the opportunity to carry out their works correctly and professionally. 

Our head office is based on Portland Street and we see a lot of potential within the local area and community. Lincoln is being developed at such a fantastic pace and we need to see it’s central areas really stand out to encourage ongoing investment and to also increase the uptake of people entering the construction industry as a possible career. Lincoln could be a major leader in producing professional training for trades people throughout the UK and we feel very excited to be involved.
