Why we collect your data
Working and Connecting Communities is a UKCRF funded partnership project that aims to provide the best possible service we can across multiple organisations.
One of the things the data we hold about you does is it helps us to tailor our services to meet your needs, provide you with the most appropriate support, information, advice and guidance and enables us to keep in touch with you.
We use a shared data keeping system which allows us to share information across partners without duplicating or repeatedly collecting your data. All partners on the project are bound by funder GDPR requirements as well as their own organisational GDPR statements.
UKCRF Funding Specific Information
The place on the Partnership you are being offered is funded by the UK Community Renewal Fund. In order to receive grant funding, we, as a partnership must track at least the following:
Your name
Your date of birth
Your gender
Your post code
Your National Insurance number
Right of Residence/Right to Work in the UK
Proof of employment/unemployment status
Participation notes
Outcomes and Output data
Your personal data will also be included in the evaluation of the success of the UKCRF fund and will be used to measure whether the scheme is successful or not. This data will be processed by Local Authorities and evaluators, including a contracted external evaluator.
How we collect your data
We do this in a number of ways, such as when you share your information with us when you enquire about or access our services, book on to events or register for our mailing list.
How we store your data
Personal information is stored electronically and on paper. Data is kept a dedicated system called ‘Cliniko’ that is password protected and all electronic files are only accessible to the UKCRF delivery, administration and management personnel and evaluators. Paper files are stored in locked units to which only authorised people have access. It is only kept for as long as is necessary.
When we’ll share your data
We will sometimes share your data with other organisations as part of providing a high quality service to you. For example, it may be that we refer you to one our partner organisations so you can access their specific services. We will never sell your data.

You have many rights regarding your personal data, including seeing what data we hold, and to make sure it’s accurate and up to date. These rights are also outlined in our privacy notice.
